coconut cake with the microwave!

now is a year that I have the microwave with the Crisp, but I still have to learn to use it well and I was always skeptical when someone told me that with Crisp could do many things, even the pies .....
Well, considering the significant energy savings that you have compared to using the microwave oven, I decided to try, sure to make a mess ... but ....

coconut cake

Needed:

200 gr flour 150 g brown sugar 3 eggs

½ sachet yeast microwave

125 gr butter 100 gr grated coconut 1 jar

coconut yogurt 1 pinch of salt

In a bowl combine the grated coconut with yogurt, in another the flour and baking powder. Apart
beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar and butter mixing well, then add the other two mixtures, the first one with the coconut and the flour. I'm not having the mixer I did everything by hand and with the whips, the important thing is that the mixture is smooth and all ingredients thoroughly mixed together.

crisp Butter the cake pan (I used a Pyrex baking dish normal) with Crisp and cook for 9 minutes.

When leaving the microwave was not good looking, is different from cakes baked in the oven, the taste is very delicate, has passed the taste test!

Ps only fault and not the least: I do not know if it was my fault, but just cool it very hard. While the cakes are baked soft the next day, this should be eaten once cooked in the microwave!
