chocolate bars and cereals
Cleaning up the pantry I noticed the chocolate bars have opened and left half, they were different types of chocolate: dark, milk, a even dark chocolate and orange, and then give you an idea of \u200b\u200beasy and fast you can be used to dispose of the chocolate Easter eggs that typically builds up in the house at this time!
Needed: Chocolate
(of various kinds, does not matter)
Puffed rice
hazelnuts
Melt the chocolate, I have done in seconds with the microwave. Add chopped nuts and puffed rice, stir and arrange on a baking paper. You can take the shape you want, or simply make a plate and cut once cooled. Refrigerate and wait at least 3 hours before serving and keep refrigerated until stocks last!

Muffin Coconut attack risk!
A few days ago I ran home a bag of coconut flour, I was annoyed to see her abandon them, but I did not know how to use it. Sunday afternoon, regret not having had time enough to make a cake and a few ingredients useful in the house I started to think about thinking ......... ........ ....... think
I finally concluded that the simplest things are the best and I got the molds for the Muffin, and here's what it came out!
Starring:
120 gr flour
100-120 grams of sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or one vial of vanilla flavor
40 g butter, melted 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking
5 - 6 tablespoons coconut
Reduce from past experience (the dough and muffin mix too many were still a bit 'hard), I mixed in a bowl, egg, sugar and butter in a more flour, yeast, coconut and vanilla. I combined the two mixtures are unemployed so I filled the muffin tins.
Bake for about 15 minutes in a hot oven, 180 degrees. I like to form a crust over the muffins, so I let them brown, otherwise you can safely remove them from the oven even if they are still white on the surface, they are good anyway!
And now the explanation of the title ... well ... not much to say, you just look at this picture:

Very High Alt Ast Ldh
TIRAMISU '!
worked in a large bowl with 500g of mascarpone cheese 3 egg yolks (egg whites keep them in the fridge with a pinch of salt) and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well until you get a creamy and well blended. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the cream taking care not to break them, mix with a wooden spoon to gently incorporate the egg whites with cream of mascarpone. Prepare a cup of coffee and add a tablespoon of Marsala, add a teaspoon of sugar and bathe the ladyfingers (they must be damp but not soaked). Lay the biscuits on a baking tray and cover them with the mascarpone cream; fate un altro strato di savoiardi e ricoprite di nuovo con la crema. Lasciate riposare per qualche ora e prima di servire spolverate la superficie con cacao amaro.
This is one of the infinite variations that are found in newspapers or on the internet, but when I prepare the same meeting that had the flavor of My grandmother and I consider it "his" Tiramisu!
This is one of the countless versions of Tiramisu on magazines or you can find around the web, But When I prepare it I can find the taste of the Same one prepared by Grandma and it remains for me "her" Tiramisu!

Some uses Pavesini instead of ladyfingers, who advanced under the pandoro Holiday, who adds Brandy instead of Marsala, whatever your The tiramisu is a dessert recipe that will never fail to get you ... cheer up!
There are a lot of version of this dessert ... you can use Another Kind of biscuits, Brandy INSTEAD Marsala, and so on. It does not matter Which is your recipe, tiramisu will be always wonderful!

Tortelli Ravioli and handmade!
This is the most challenging dish 've ever done .... It was a moment of madness, in fact I have not even photographed the various stages, from I was so sure it would be crap.
Then when I prepared came out so beautiful that I forgot to take pictures, I only made two shots with the phone.
course to succeed in such an ambitious project I have been assigned to other cooks, whom I thank for indirectly contributed to this my little success.
The first recipe, ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, I got it from blog Alessia: Muffins, Cookies and other pies, while the second, buckwheat ravioli comes from the blog The Swan cake.
