As Promised I share with you this recipe with strawberries, even if the weather is not so in These Days ... springly! Anyway today is my birthday and I Deserve this beautiful gift!

Fry 2 finely chopped shallots (or onion) in a tablespoon of olive oil, add the rice (usually there are two punches to the head plus one for the pot) and let it cook a few moments. Add 8 / 10 asparagus, cut into rounds leaving the hard part of the stem and pour the broth. Cook on medium heat adding broth as the rice dries out. A 5 / 6 minutes from the end of cooking add 6 beautiful strawberries cut into cubes and mix well. Stir in a knob of butter if you prefer to add a spoonful of cream. Add a good sprinkling of black pepper. Must be served "wave" that is neither liquid nor too dry: soft just like a wave. You can decorate with two asparagus or floured and fried in batter and a nice strawberry whole.

In a pan cook gently 2 chopped shallot with some olive oil (you can use a onion if you prefer), add the rice (two handfuls of rice per person) and let brown for a while. Add in 8/10 asparagus cut into rounds and wet with broth.Let cook the rice gently adding broth if necessary. In the last four/five minutes add six strawberries cut in cubes and mix well. Whisk the rice with some butter; if you want you can add a tbspoon of cream; sprinkle with pepper. You must serve this rice nor liquid neither too dry: soft as a wave! You can garnish with two floured and fried asparagus and a wonderful, scented strawberry.

The flavor of this dish is amazing; strawberries give the right sharpness to the dish making it very interesting!

The taste of this dish is really surprising, strawberries right give the sour taste to the recipe, making it very interesting!

Christian Get Well Versus

Fettuccine Alfredo with saffron baked macaroni

No, not a typo, it is even called Fettuccine Alfredo!
Three years ago I was in a diner in Los Angeles and I ordered this dish. I got a tray chock full of pasta, have been at least 300 grams! I remember perfectly
were and what fun they had. After so long, with the nostalgia of the U.S. (so I'm dreaming of a winter trip to Miami) I wanted to repeat the recipe at home. Made them eat and I found browsing in a blog that is really the first experienced enough, I have not copied from anyone, I just repeated the plate as I remembered him and I must say that the taste was far better than the cafeteria!

need: 1 chicken breast

Fettuccine hay and straw (green and white) mushrooms

cream in a pan and fry the mushrooms with the cream amalagamare.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the breasts over medium-high heat. The meat should have a nice golden color.

Once drained, place the noodles in the pan with white mushrooms and add the chicken pieces with the green.
Arrange on plates divided in half both preparations ...

Enjoy it!

How Much Does A Cartier Pave Trinity Ring Cost

Unfortunately lately for various reasons I'm neglecting the blog, and above all, as someone already knows, I have trouble taking photos, so I'll be hiding for a while '!

I offer this simple first, to excuse my absence!

Needed:

macaroni or other pasta of your choice
A saffron
meat broth or bouillon
Cream
A knob of butter
Pepe
Half a glass of water
A teaspoon cognac

Parmesan Bake the dough, keeping it al dente.
In a skillet, melt the butter with the cream. Separately, in a half cup of water dissolve the saffron in the broth (I used a piece of nut).

When the cream has become liquid, add the saffron water and warm over low heat until the sauce starts to become solid at this point if you want to add a teaspoon of cognac.

Put the dough in the pan, mix, place in foil and sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan.
Bake for 5-8 minutes at 250 degrees, then serve.
