As promised, I share this recipe with strawberries, even if the weather these days is to think about anything but the spring is ... Anyway my birthday and I deserve this gift right!
As Promised I share with you this recipe with strawberries, even if the weather is not so in These Days ... springly! Anyway today is my birthday and I Deserve this beautiful gift!
Fry 2 finely chopped shallots (or onion) in a tablespoon of olive oil, add the rice (usually there are two punches to the head plus one for the pot) and let it cook a few moments. Add 8 / 10 asparagus, cut into rounds leaving the hard part of the stem and pour the broth. Cook on medium heat adding broth as the rice dries out. A 5 / 6 minutes from the end of cooking add 6 beautiful strawberries cut into cubes and mix well. Stir in a knob of butter if you prefer to add a spoonful of cream. Add a good sprinkling of black pepper. Must be served "wave" that is neither liquid nor too dry: soft just like a wave. You can decorate with two asparagus or floured and fried in batter and a nice strawberry whole.
In a pan cook gently 2 chopped shallot with some olive oil (you can use a onion if you prefer), add the rice (two handfuls of rice per person) and let brown for a while. Add in 8/10 asparagus cut into rounds and wet with broth.Let cook the rice gently adding broth if necessary. In the last four/five minutes add six strawberries cut in cubes and mix well. Whisk the rice with some butter; if you want you can add a tbspoon of cream; sprinkle with pepper. You must serve this rice nor liquid neither too dry: soft as a wave! You can garnish with two floured and fried asparagus and a wonderful, scented strawberry.
The flavor of this dish is amazing; strawberries give the right sharpness to the dish making it very interesting!
The taste of this dish is really surprising, strawberries right give the sour taste to the recipe, making it very interesting!
