For a dinner with friends I made this cake with nuts, apples, chocolate and raisins. And those who eat nuts? Squirrel! And where do squirrels live? In the woods .. with lots of mushrooms and leaves.

for the cake:

175 gr. of butter at room temperature
140 gr. sugar cane
2 tablespoons strawberry jam 2 eggs
140 gr.
flour 1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
100 gr. coarsely chopped hazelnuts
50 gr. dark chocolate coarsely chopped 2 apples
a handful of raisins

In mixer combine butter, sugar and jam until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time.

Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and add to butter mixture. With your hands mix the hazelnuts, chocolate, raisins and apples.

Cover and let rest in refrigerator for several hours or preferably overnight.

Place the dough in a loaf pan and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes.


for the loaf:

175 gr. butter at room temperature
140 gr. brown sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry jam 2 eggs
140 gr.
flour 1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
100 gr. nuts, chopped
2 eating apples, peeled, cored and chopped
a handful of raisins

Put the butter, sugar and jam in an electric mixer and cream until fluffy. Add the eggs on at a time mixing well.

Sift together the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate bowl, then beat into the butter mixture.

Stir the nuts, chocolate raisins and apples into the mixture by hand.

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight if possible.

Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake in preheated oven to 170° for about 50-60 minutes.

for cupcakes (12 approx):
100 gr.
flour 20 gr. cocoa powder
140 gr. white sugar
1 / 2 tablespoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
40 gr. of butter at room temperature
120 ml of milk 1 egg

for the icing:

80 gr. butter
200 gr. sugar true
flaked coconut

In mixer, mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter until dough is sandy.

With a whisk mix the milk and egg; transferred to the mixer and let it work until all ingredients are well blended and no lumps.

Fill the cups 2 / 3 and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the glaze by mixing with a whisk the butter and sugar. Cover the cupcakes once and ended up passing them in a cold dish that you previously filled with grated coconut.


for the cupcakes (about 12):

100 gr.
flour 20 gr. cocoa powder

1 1 / 2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
40 gr. butter at room temperature
120 ml. whole milk
1 egg

for the frosting:
80 gr. butter
200 gr. icing sugar

Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter in an electric mixer and beat until you get a sandy consistency.

Whisk the milk and egg; transfer to the mixer and beat until everything is well combined and smooth.

Fill paper cases until 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven to 170° for 20-25 minutes.

For the frosting, whisk the butter and icing sugar. Spoon the frosting on top of cold cupcakes and then decorated with a Sprinkling of desiccated coconut.

For my brother's birthday I made an apple pie .. and I have decorated, in addition to writing greeting cards, with a bike! My brother loves motorcycles and is a mechanic, he liked it so much that has not wanted to eat the decorations!

For the cake:

5 apples
cinnamon 5 tablespoons of sugar cane

330 gr.
flour a tablespoon of baking powder
400 gr. sugar
215 gr. olive oil
60 gr. orange juice 4 eggs

Cut the apples into cubes, add cinnamon, 5 tablespoons sugar and stir.

United and stir flour, sugar and yeast.

In a separate bowl, add olive oil and orange juice.

Pour half of batter into a round baking pan covered with parchment paper and spread half of the apples.

Peel and chop the apples into chunks. Toss with cinnamon and sugar.

Stir together flour, sugar and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and orange juice.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ones, then add eggs and mix on high speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated. 

Pour half batter into pan and spread half of apples over it.

Pour the remaining batter and arrange the remaining apples.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 1 hour 1 / 2.

for the cake:

250 gr. flour
100 gr. sugar
140 gr. butter 1 egg
2 apples 1 pear
cinnamon

Combine the flour, sugar, butter and mix with your hands. When the mixture becomes sandy "together the egg and form a ball.
