A bit late .. happy new year!
for the cake:
250 gr. flour
100 gr. sugar
140 gr. butter 1 egg
2 apples 1 pear
cinnamon
Combine the flour, sugar, butter and mix with your hands. When the mixture becomes sandy "together the egg and form a ball.
Let rest in refrigerator at least an hour.
Cut apples and pears into cubes and add a little 'of cinnamon.
Stendente half of the dough and place in a pan covered with parchment paper.
Pour the apple and pear cubes.
Roll out the remaining dough and cover the cake.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
for the tart:
