Baby Shower Chocolate Faces

chocolaty cake with a raspberry heart



Sunday I requested a chocolate cake, I had never done one so I had many doubts about the success, but sometimes the fairy the kitchen and assist me when I least expect it magically out of the masterpieces!



Ingredients:

250 g flour 50 g starch

60 g cocoa powder 250 g of milk


150 g sugar 3 eggs 1 tablespoon baking


Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in a splash of milk, apart from mixing all the ingredients. Warm the remaining milk and add it gradually to the mixture, add the milk, yeast having well blended.
The compound will be a little 'liquid, but do not worry, it's normal!
Pour into a cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.



As you can see, the cake has been pretty "high" (not imploded!)



My idea was to fill with raspberry jam, but since not everyone liked it, I let her normal self and I stuffed my slice!
The next time the decor with dark chocolate frosting!
