Buon San Valentino !
Happy Valentine's day!
You should know that I call my love in many ways but in particular rat ♥ ♥ .. and even if we do not usually celebrate Valentine's Day, what could I do but the biscuit-shaped mouse? You have to know That I call my love in different ways But The one I like is The Most ♥ ♥ rat (big mouse) .. although Usually we do not celebrate Valentine's Day What Else Could I have done mice if not cookies?
For the cookies I used my basic recipe and I added some chopped raisins .. at the specific request of a mouse on my knowledge.
I then prepared a red plum clafoutis .. Because red is just the right color for the occasion.

for plum clafoutis (about 6):
4 eggs 30 cl of milk
125 gr.
flour 80 gr. sugar
500 gr. Plum
1 vanilla pod 1 pinch of salt
butter for the mold
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Open the vanilla pod, scrape away the seeds and leave to infuse with the milk over low heat for 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a hand whisk, add sugar and stir.
Add the flour and slowly pour the milk, mix until dough is smooth.
Add the salt and add the diced plums.
Grease the casserole and pour the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
clafoutis for the plums (about 6): 4 eggs

1 vanilla stick
a pinch of salt butter for the

Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Cut open the vanilla stick, remove the seeds with the milk and let heat for 5 minutes.
Whisk the eggs then add the sugar and mix.
Add flour and then slowly add the milk and whisk until you reach a smooth mixture.
Add the pinch of salt and then the chopped red plums.
Pour the mixture into the Buttered cocottes.
Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
