Average Width Of A Semi Truck

Panettone

Running time: 3 hours with rest
Difficulty Level: Medium
DOSE: 10 People

INGREDIENTS:
a rectangular sponge cake,
a dose of chocolate cream,
amaretto, sugar and water for bathing ,
250 grams of dark chocolate,
100 grams of white chocolate,
100 grams of sponge cake,
3 chocolate eggs,
bells in sugar.

PROCEEDINGS
Cut the cake into two disks, pour and stuff, close it again and cover the surface and edges with the melted dark chocolate in a double boiler, then let the pastry bag with strips of white chocolate melted and then molded with the tip of a boxcutter.
Applied to the inside edges of a sponge and make a nest in the center of the cake, on which to place the three eggs.
Finish with bells on four sides.
Let the cake rest in the refrigerator 2 hours before serving, and bon appetit!
