INGREDIENTS:
8 eggs,
8 tablespoons of sugar,
1 liter of milk,
1 vanilla bean,
100 g amaretti,
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder,
100 grams of dark chocolate,
2 bananas,
3 macaroons for decoration.
PROCEEDINGS
Bring to a boil in a saucepan the milk with the seeds of the vanilla.
Meanwhile in a large bowl mounted foam eggs with sugar, coarsely crumbled amaretti then add them to the egg and sugar with milk and hot cocoa.
Mix well and pour into molds moistened prior to the brim with water and covered the bottom with pieces of dark chocolate and amaretti.
Transfer the puddings in a roasting pan with high sides, cover the surface with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath in oven for about 1 ½ hours at 180 ° C.
